Seventh Grade Class Teacher
Simone was a student at DWS for 7 years and graduated in 2003. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish Literature. She then moved from her home in Detroit to Philadelphia where she earned an M.S. Ed. in Educational Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
Simone's long-term career goal is to help students cultivate their academic talents in a way that encourages them to build more meaningful connections with their work and better identify with the subjects they are expected to master.
