Michelene Eberhard teaches our three-day PreK Hummingbird Class. A native Detroiter, she has also lived in Seattle and Los Angeles. She is certified in Waldorf Early Childhood Education, holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan (Philosophy), a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University (Law), and is now an attorney emerita. Over the years, Michelene has gathered deep and extensive experience working for and with children. She has taught PreK, Nursery, Parent-Child, Kindergarten, facilitated Parenting classes, tutored in Detroit Public Schools, and taught Sunday school for many years. She enjoys reading, handwork and friend & family gatherings. Michelene has a son, daughter-in-law and is thrilled to cuddle and spoil her first grandchild, Ziva! She lives with husband Michael and two hilarious dogs Ruby and Bandy.
